Abstract

An estimated 92,000 individuals (3.4%) were suffering from TB-HIV co-infection in India, accounting for 9% of the global burden in 2019 [7]. The national tuberculosis program in India has now been renamed as National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP) to eliminate TB by the year 2025.
