Abstract

Iron deficiency is a prevalent nutritional concern among female youth students, affecting their overall health and academic performance. This study aims to assess iron deficiency in this demographic through a comprehensive nutritional investigation. A diverse sample of female youth students will be examined for key hematological markers, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors. The findings will provide valuable insights into the prevalence, risk factors, and potential interventions for iron deficiency in this population, ultimately contributing to improved health and educational outcomes.
