Abstract

The necessity of transforming educational approaches from target-oriented to competency-based models has become more pronounced in the context of rapid social and economic development. This study aims to construct a comprehensive set of criteria for evaluating graduates in Physical Education (PE) from universities in Northern Vietnam, based on competency-based approaches. By employing various evaluation methodologies and validating the results through empirical testing, this research endeavors to provide an accurate, objective, and innovative framework for assessing the capabilities of PE graduates.
