Antenatal care is a crucial component of maternal health programs aimed at ensuring healthy pregnancies and reducing adverse maternal and fetal outcomes. This comprehensive study investigates the impact of antenatal services on the prevalence of anemia among pregnant women in Lucknow, India. We analyze data from a large sample of pregnant women who received antenatal care, examining the association between the frequency and quality of these services and the occurrence of anemia. Our findings highlight the significant role of antenatal services in anemia prevention, emphasizing the need for effective prenatal interventions, nutritional counseling, and early detection and management of anemia during pregnancy. This study contributes valuable insights to the ongoing efforts to improve maternal and child health outcomes in the region.
